Sunday

Welcome Winter 2008!!

Look at those snowbanks!!
all being dug up by Momma, so...when Daddy came home from work,
he took Jemma to the park!
Jemma trying out the slide...
...Daddy keeping a close eye, and a quick reflex...
...what a fast slip down!!
Wow.....so much snow it's up to Jemma's waist!!!Here is a more realistic photo with
just a few inches of snow here on the bench.
What fun!!
(this photo was taken at 4:45pm,
and the snow hasn't stopped falling yet!!)

Wednesday

Yaaaayyy, more snow......let's go play...

Jemma really wanted to make snow angels
but didn't like the snow getting in her eyes.

Monday

Enjoying the view of the snow topped mountains
on a crisp, sunny afternoon
at Queen Elizabeth Park.
It must be love!!!
So.....we were at our church's candlelight service,
and halfway through the service there is this HUGE bang,
followed by LOUD screaming!!!!
All the racket was NOT part of the program
but of Jemma falling off the church pew,
resulting in an uncomfortable evening of pain,
which led to a 2 1/2 hour visit to the ER
with even LOUDER screaming while the Dr. checked her shoulder.
The end result:
cuddles with her Daddy (which eased his feeling of guilt)
and a bruised neck/shoulder area.

Sunday

Sunday

coffee

We shared some coffee at a friend's house
and this is what Jemma saw on the countertop....and when you see a toothbrush....
...don't you brush your teeth?...CHEESE

Thursday

Cherry picking

Jemma keeping Daddy safe on the ladder.
I think she just wanted him to get down
so she could climb up...again!!

No Fear

Jemma saw a ladder, and started to climb it.

Why stand still
when there is a roof to climb!

OK, I'll stop.

Jemma really didn't mind being on the roof of the garage.

She kept on darting back and forth trying to get to the edge.

Good thing Jehjeh was there to keep an eye (and a hand) on her,

as Daddy's eye was looking for cherries!
